GRAND RAPIDS, Mich --  Helen DeVos Children's Hospital opened a new wireless epilepsy monitoring unit recently. It's the first in the state and one of only a few in the country.

Testing can last anywhere from 24 hours to several days, so the wireless unit allows kids to move freely and play as normal. It's  something the previous technology restricted.
