The new Michigan auto no-fault law that took effect on June 11th, 2019 has significant changes to motorcyclists and drivers involved in crashes.
Tom Sinas, Grand Rapids personal injury attorney, appeared on FOX 17’s Know the Law segment to explain everything you need to know to protect yourself and your family.
The changes to come will not impact motorcyclists until July 1st, 2020. Unfortunately, due to the legislation, Michigan motorcyclists are no longer as protected due to the PIP choice policy the new auto no-fault law enforces.
