    OAKFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A woman is dead following a crash involving a tractor trailer that occurred late Sunday night along 14 Mile Road. Michigan State Police said a 46-year-old woman was traveling eastbound on 14  Mile Road around 11:30 p.m. when she crossed the center line and drove head-on into a tractor trailer.     CASS COUNTY, Mich. — A Grand Rapids woman was hospitalized after a crash along M-40 in Cass County. The sheriff’s office says 23-year-old Kaitlyn Bailey, crashed into a field around 2:30 a.m. Saturday after side swiping a telephone pole along M-40 north of Shavehead Lake Rd. in Newberg Township.
