    GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Camp Sparkle, put on by Gilda’s Club Grand Rapids, continued for the 11th year Tuesday.     COOPERSVILLE, Mich. – A playground at Coopersville’s Veterans Park is in the process of getting some changes as 16-year-old Tyler Young focuses on it as part of his Eagle Scout project. Young, who credits his brother BJ as his inspiration, says he’s hoping to turn it into an, “able playground,” where children with disabilities can safely play.
