  • Pedestrian hit by car while pushing vehicle that was out of gas

    CALEDONIA, Mich– A 22-year-old will have to undergo leg surgery after being hit by a vehicle Sunday evening. The crash happened shortly after 7 p.m. Police say the man was one of three people pushing a vehicle that had run out of gas, when he was hit from behind off 68th Street near East Mill Run. That victim was taken to the hospital, everyone else reportedly had minor injuries. That section of the road was closed while crews investigated.

  • Crash closes road in Kalamazoo Township

    KALAMAZOO TOWNSHIP, Mich– Police have closed both sides of West Main Street for a crash Monday evening. The closure is affecting the stretch between Fletcher Avenue and Pinehurst Blvd. Kalamazoo Township Police and Kalamazoo Township Fire are on scene investigating what happened.     GRAND RAPIDS, Mich– Police are investigating a robbery and sexual assault that was reported on the City’s West Side Sunday afternoon.   • Man rolls his truck on the highway after choking on his drink

    WRIGHT TOWNSHIP, Mich– A man from Ottawa County was hospitalized Sunday afternoon, after investigators say he rolled his vehicle on I-96. According the the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office, the 62-year-old was heading westbound when he began choking on his beverage and lost control of his Ford F-150.
