Police in Battle Creek are looking for an endangered missing child.
Investigators say Joseph Monarch, 14, was last seen in the area of Fremont Street and Sherman Road around 6:30 p.m.
Officials say Monarch has the mental age of someone between 4 and 6 years old, and that he was emotionally upset when he left his residence. Monarch may have been seen around Quaker Park, and may appear lost or disorientated.
Police say to call 911 if you see him, but don't approach him.
