Eden BodyWorks was created out of self need, when founder and CEO Jasmine Lawrence was just a teenager.

After almost all her hair fell out when using a chemical treatment, she knew she had to find more natural products but couldn’t find any.

This is when Eden BodyWorks was created in Lawrence's kitchen, and the company started to flourish with the guidance of an entrepreneur summer camp from the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship.

Jasmine tells us she started this business with her allowance as a young kid, and now her products can be found at major retailers like CVS, Target, Walmart, and Sally's Beauty.

She says she made all these natural hair products for herself but wanted her business, especially a black-owned business, to help others in many ways.
