GRAND RAPIDS — WEST MICHIGAN — The forecast from FOX 17 Chief Meteorologist Kevin Craig: Skies are expected to clear for the overnight hours and cool temperatures will generally settle into the region with lows in the upper 40s and lower 50s. We expect continued pleasant and dry conditions the next few days with highs creeping into the mid/upper 70s by midweek. We also expect a mainly dry week at this point with only the chance of a shower coming later Wednesday and into Thursday as a strong, but moisture starved cold front slides through the state. Behind this front next Friday and Saturday, we expect pleasant weather, but sharply cooler temperatures with highs only in the low/mid 60s.
