GRAND RAPIDS — WEST MICHIGAN — The forecast from FOX 17 Chief Meteorologist Kevin Craig: This is likely the quietest and most straightforward forecast we have seen in quite some time. We expect clear skies and comfortable conditions at night, and mainly sunny skies most of this week. Temperatures will gradually increase through the week into the mid/upper 80s, with increased dew point temperatures and humidity as well. We're not expecting any chance of showers or storms until later on Friday and into the upcoming weekend. That said, any projects outside around the house that require a long, dry stretch of weather like staining a deck or shingling a house, this is a great week for! Enjoy.

OVERNIGHT: Clear and cool. Lows in the mid 40s. Winds east-northeast at 5 to 10 mph.

MONDAY: Sunny skies. A bit warmer. Highs in the mid/upper 70s. Winds east at 7 to 14 mph.

TUESDAY: Sunny and warm. Highs in the lower 80s. Winds southeast/south at 5 to 10 mph.
