Many of us are looking to start the new year with a healthier lifestyle and weight loss goals. Health expert Adriana Gentile says staking a holistic approach to health is the best way to get started on shedding those pandemic pounds

She joined the Morning Mix via Zoom to talk about how people can set the best fitness goals for themselves in the new year, and how to stick with them.

Adriana is a certified personal trainer with her diploma in sports nutrition, pre-and-post-natal fitness, TRX suspension, as well as a champion international bikini competitor, and a mother (of soon to be two children.)
