Mercy Health Virtual Care provides safe, secure ways to connect with providers

Mercy Health's virtual care online visits are a safe, secure (HIPAA compliant) way for patients to connect with a provider anytime and anywhere. Your visit takes place using your phone, desktop, laptop or tablet.

What Virtual Care options does Mercy Health offer? We understand that with everything that is going on you still need to see your provider as things come up or managing any conditions. We are offering a secure and safe way for you to take care of your healthcare needs.

Currently Mercy Health has three ways to connect with a provider:

1. COVID-19 Screening – We have created a FREE online screening questionnaire based on CDC guidelines to help you determine the most appropriate level of care and to help guide next steps if you are experiencing any of the COVID-19 symptoms.

2. MyChart Video Visit – A video visit puts you face-to-face with your doctor in real time. It is a private video conference where you can ask questions, give updates and point out any concerns just as you would in the doctor’s office. This service is available to new and existing patients of Mercy Health Physician Partners and are by appointment only. To access this service, you will need to call your provider’s office to schedule the video visit appointment date and time. The scheduled appointment will then show up on your MyChart account, which is our new patient portal. The next step is to make sure you have downloaded and signed up for a Trinity Health MyChart account.

Don't have a MHPP provider? Visit "Find a Doctor" section on our website or call 616-685-8500 to find the right doctor for you.

3. Virtual Visit - With a Virtual Visit, you simply create an account, provide some medical history and answer a specific set of questions tailored to your medical need. A Mercy Health provider will review your information and offer a diagnosis and treatment plan. You can complete an online virtual visit at any time and our providers will respond 8AM - 8PM.

Common Conditions Treated by Virtual Visit Inclue:
-Cold, sinus infection or influenza (flu)
-Female bladder infection (urinary tract infection)
-Pink eye
-Vaginal yeast infection
