What started out in a test kitchen attached to the Muskegon Farmer's Market has grown to its own brick and mortar storefront all in under three years. Their name may be The Only Cannoli, but they offer other pastries like cookies and cakes made from scratch each day. They also serve coffee and espresso to pair with your pastry.
Like many small restaurants, owners Brittany Meloche and Bethany Bauer had to adapt to serve their customers during the COVID-19 pandemic. They've found many opportunities to deliver their food through online ordering.
Bethany and Brittany have Italian heritage, and say for those looking for the creme de la creme and can only order one thing from their menu, the traditional cannoli is the way to go.
The public is welcome to walk in for pickups Tuesday through Saturday. They also offer catering services.
