KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Bronson Healthcare will open its first COVID-19 vaccination clinics by appointment only for people 65 and older on Saturday at sites in Battle Creek, Portage, Mattawan and South Haven.
A red box alert on bronsonhealth.com will indicate when appointments are available and when they are filled, according to a news release Thursday.
Scheduling for vaccinations on Saturday opened Thursday.
Initially, all appointments are being scheduled through Bronson MyChart.
A scheduling process is being developed for those who may require special assistance or have difficulty with MyChart.
Because demand is high and supply is limited, the appointments are expected to fill up quickly.
More appointment days and times will be opened as more doses are received from Pfizer and Moderna.
