GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The Amway Grand Plaza Hotel is showing its support for our community in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The building is currently lit up with a heart that you can see when driving on US-131 downtown Grand Rapids.
The sign appears to be a show of love and appreciation for our nurses, doctors, and first responders who are working on the front line during the coronavirus outbreak.
As of now, we have more than 6,000 cases of COVID-19 in Michigan and health officials don't expect it to peak until as early as May.
