PORTAGE, Mich — Ramona Park Beach in Portage is temporarily closed after 3 staff members started exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.
The city announced Wednesday the staff members have been tested for the virus and are awaiting results. Any staff members who had contact with those employees are self-quarantining.
The City of Portage says they are acting "out of an abundance of caution."
The park will be closed for a thorough sanitizing and will not reopen until test results are known.
