PORTAGE, Mich. — A Hartford man was arraigned Monday in connection to the sexual assault of a child caught on camera.
Aaron Joe Bryant, 19, was arraigned on one count of criminal sexual conduct with a child under age 13, Portage police said.
Portage detectives and Van Buren County deputies arrested Bryant on Oct. 29 at his Hartford residence.
Children’s Protective Services notified Portage police after they received a report from the parents of a child that while watching a live-feed if the class, Bryant was seen sexually assaulting their child.
The parent then reported the incident to Children’s Protective Services.
The child attends Gilden Woods Early Care and Preschool, according to a news release.
Bryant began working for Gilden Woods in Fall 2019.
He has since been terminated.
Officials continue to investigate if there are more victims.
