WHITE CLOUD, Mich. — The White Cloud Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding a wanted parole absconder.
Keith Allan Ames is on active parole for assault/resisting/obstruction of a police officer, three counts of home invasion, possession of meth and accosting children for immoral purposes, a news release said.
He’s described as a white man about 5’6” tall and 175 pounds and has several tattoos and scars.
The Michigan Department of Corrections received a notification Monday that the tether Ames wore had been tampered with.
A check of his home in White Cloud showed his tether had been removed.
