GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Expect discussions about COVID-19 and the economy to be “front and center” during Wednesday night’s vice presidential debate.

CMU-Cooley Law Associate Dean Tracey Brame says everything from the Plexi glass separating Mike Pence and Kamala Harris to the candidates’ discussions about the nation’s response to COVID-19 highlight how much the virus has impacted our lives.

Expect to also hear about the stimulus package discussions and how to best move the country forward.

“I’m sure that Vice President Pence will try to push Kamala Harris to the left and point out her more aggressive policies in order to speak to voters who may be undecided,” Brame said.
