The Michigan Court of Appeal has turned aside an appeal in a case tossed out by the Court of Claims that argued against how challengers were handled during the counting of the votes in the Michigan General Election.

The case, which was filed by the Trump presidential campaign and a challenger named Eric Ostergren, was tossed last week because it was ruled the counting had been completed.

The appeal argues that review and certification of the election results is continuing, so the Court of Claims should not have dismissed the case.

However, the Court of Appeals has found that the Trump administration's appeal was not filed correctly and is missing several items needed for them to consider the case.

If the appeal is not corrected with the necessary items within 21 days, it could be dismissed entirely.
