ST. CLAIR SHORES, Mich. — Ian Schulz is being recognized for his Excellence in Education.
Andrea Torey, Ian’s nominator, says, “He provides fun exciting activities for our students, he does that all on his famous art on a cart!”
“The most rewarding thing about being a teacher in general,” says Mr. Schulz, “is seeing them so excited to do something they thought they could never do.”
Ian has received a $1,500 check from the Michigan Lottery, and his class at Lakeview Public Schools will receive a grant valued at $500.
