In the second Governor Whitmer kidnapping plot trial, the jury found Adam Fox and Barry Croft of all charges brought against them. Their co-defendants in the first trial, Brandon Caserta and Daniel Harris, were found not guilty on all charges.

Jury finds Adam Fox, Barry Croft guilty in Governor Whitmer kidnap plot retrial


Adam Fox is set to be sentenced on December 12 and Barry Croft will be sentenced on December 28.
