HICKORY CORNERS, Mich. — The Gilmore Car Museum is hosting an event that children and adults can both enjoy!

The Princesses & Carriages event combines fairy tale princesses with the museum’s vast collection of over 400 classic cars, according to the Gilmore Car Museum.

We’re told photo opportunities will be available with as many 14 princesses and princes in front of luxury vehicles, such as a 1959 Cadillac limousine, an 1895 Cunningham Victoria carriage, and a 1939 Royal Canadian tour car. We’re also told photos will be taken with social distancing in mind.

The museum says other activities will be available, including a scavenger hunt, a red carpet experience, treats, and coloring.

“This new event at the Gilmore will be a unique opportunity to engage and delight children,” says Executive Director Josh Russell, “yet also educate and introduce them to automotive history.”

The Gilmore Car Museum says the event will take place March 6 between 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., adding that tickets are limited to 225 per time slot (four time slots total).

Tickets for the event can be purchased here.
