EATON COUNTY, Mich. — Eaton County Sheriff’s office announced that Andrew Michael Paul, 23, has been charged with one count of Homicide-Open Murder and one count of Disinterment and Mutilation of a Dead Body in the death of Carl Florian, age 80.
Paul will receive no bond. More details will be added when they become available.
