GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The owner of a used car dealership in Grand Rapids says a total of 22 cars, up from 17 earlier in the day were stolen from his store overnight ahead of his grand opening.

It happened early Friday morning at AutoWest, located at 487 28th Street in Grand Rapids, which planned to open for business on Saturday, August 8.

The owner, Don Miller, tells FOX 17 says not only were more than a dozen cars stolen, all of the remaining keys from inside the business were also taken. He fears the suspects may be back for more cars.

Miller says it will be hard to replace his inventory since it's a used car lot and he is upset the thieves are targeting his small business.

Midway through Friday afternoon Miller told FOX 17 that found 3 of the stolen vehicles were found down the street parked outside a restaurant.

If you know anything about the break-in, or the stolen vehicles, call police or Silent Observer.
