GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A CrossFit community is coming together to honor one of their members, Michael Cannon, who died in a car crash last Saturday
CrossFit Luminary in Grand Rapids is hosting a Work Out of the Day to honor Michael and raise money to support his family during this tough time.
The workout will also remember the two other men who died in the crash, Kevin Coulter and Drew Piet.
The money raised at the event will go directly towards hospital and funeral costs that have become overwhelming to Michael's family.

Teams of 3 (mixed, co-ed, any style)
For time:
*buy in 800m run
Right into 12 rounds:
10 synchro burpees (all 3)
25 double unders
Cash out 800m run
People who attend will be split up into teams of three, which represent the three men that died in this tragedy. On Feb 5th Mike topped the leaderboard al CrossFit Luminary with a workout called “Bubbles” where in a 12 mins workout, he scored 12 rounds of 10 burpees and 25 double unders.
