GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The Grand Rapids Police Department is asking for the community’s help identifying a person involved in a bank robbery earlier this week.
It happened about 4 p.m. Monday in the 3700 block of 28th St. SE, a news release said Friday.
The man entered the bank and implied he had a weapon, then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Grand Rapids police describe him as a Black male in his 20s.
He’s between 5’4” and 5’6” tall and was last seen wearing a black Adidas hat, blue mask and a black and blue sweater.
Police think he left the bank through the west door and drove away westbound on 28th Street in a black SUV.
