GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Firefighters are investigating a fire at a home on Grand Rapids' Northwest side.

The fire started just before 4:30 a.m. Thursday at a home on Seward Avenue near Chatham Street NW.

It is not clear what started the fire or if anyone was hurt but the fire is now put out.

Our crew on scene says it appears most of the damage from the fire appears to be contained to the second story of the home, which were told is divided into apartments.
