GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — If you have been in downtown Grand Rapids, you may have seen life-size photos of people across the city.
Project Hope is an effort by Dégagé Ministries and Downtown Grand Rapids Inc.'s World of Winter Festival to tell stories of homelessness and hope.

Organizations serving the marginalized are seeing an increase in homelessness in part as a result of the pandemic.
The exhibit includes nine people who have been helped by the Grand Rapids homeless shelter and tells their stories of experiencing poverty and homeless in effort to educate the community.
One of the patrons in the exhibit is Vincent Williams who was without a state ID for 19 years before getting one through the help of Dégagé
