Man shot on GR's Southeast side, transported to hospital

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A shooting on Grand Rapids' Southeast side sent one 21-year-old man to the hospital after being shot in the arm.

GRPD officers responded around 4:20 p.m. to a reported shooting in the 1100 blk of Oakdale SE.

Witnesses say they saw two men shooting at another man. The relation between the three men is unknown at this time.

Shortly after the incident, the man shot was transported by a GRPD officer to a local hospital.

His injuries are considered non-life threatening.

The extent of the man's injuries are unknown at this time.
