GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Three people are in custody after a pursuit by Michigan State Police.
Multiple police agencies were searching for a "violent felon" after a car crash on the west side of Grand Rapids on Tuesday morning.
Grand Rapids Police say that a vehicle was involved in a crash on Lake Michigan Drive at Valley Avenue before noon. Witnesses tell FOX 17 multiple people were in the car at the time.
One of the people inside escaped police, and triggered a large manhunt. Officers from Grand Rapids and Walker were joined by Kent County Sheriff's Deputies and Michigan State Police Troopers.
