GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Silent Observer is offering up to $2,500 as a reward for information leading to the arrest of the person who shot and killed a man outside a Grand Rapids liquor store.
Tony Stewart, 29, was shot the night of Jan. 3 outside Miss Tracy’s Liquor Store on Franklin Street in Grand Rapids. He died at the hospital on Sunday.
Investigators are still working to determine a motive for the shooting and to identify a suspect.
