GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The Grand Rapids Fire Department responded Monday morning to a fire on the city’s southeast side.

A single-family residence at 3140 Eastern Avenue SE is considered a complete loss after the blaze, according to the fire department.
No one was injured, but a few pets were unaccounted for.
An investigator was called to the scene to look into the fire.
