WYOMING, Mich. — Sunday afternoon, the Wyoming Department of Public Safety (WDPS) responded to an armed robbery in the 2400 block of 36th St. SW, where four suspects were taken into custody.
WDPS was dispatched at approximately 1:20 p.m., as the initial investigation indicated that the suspects were in an apartment at 2414 36th St. SW and were possibly armed.
Following the suspects being taken into custody, the scene was turned over to detectives to continue the investigation. The area of 36th St. and Byron Center Ave. was blocked off to the public, but was reopened shortly after 5 p.m.
