IONIA, Mich. — A juvenile was brought to Sparrow Ionia Hospital around 5:10 p.m. on Saturday with a gunshot wound.
They were shot at a home on East Main St. near the Mays Corner store, according to the Ionia Department of Public Safety.
The victim has now been taken to Spectrum Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, but they are expected to be ok.
While the investigation is ongoing, officers say that no one is in danger.
