GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Foster Kent Kids is kicking off their 'Stand for Teens' campaign in an effort to bring more foster home opportunities for teenagers in need.

The campaign will feature different stories from teens who are currently receiving care, as well as a free, live panel discussion via Zoom on November 8 at 6 p.m.

The goal of the conversation is to focus on the needs of local youths, perspectives on what loving homes look like, and ways the community can better contribute with support.

Phalesha Kyes, Coalition Member with Foster Kent Kids, joined Fox 17 live to discuss how West Michigan residents can get involved.
