The accident started when one vehicle ran a red light heading southbound on Clyde Park Ave and struck another car going westbound on 28th St. SW.

That collision caused the vehicles to strike another car going eastbound on 28th Street.

Debris from the collisions struck a pedestrian standing on the sidewalk at the SW corner of the intersection.
