BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — The lawyer of the family of Andrew Blowers, who was killed by Battle Creek and Calhoun County police earlier this year, spoke during a rally Monday afternoon.
Supporters gathered around 3:30 p.m. outside Calhoun County Prosecutor David Gilbert’s office.

Blowers’ mother is calling on Gilbert to charge the three police officers in the shooting death of her son.
