RICHLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. — The body found in Richland Township on Monday is being investigated as a homicide, the Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Tuesday.
The body has been identified by the Sheriff's Office as Amber Marie Walker, a 28-year-old woman from the Galesburg area.
They found the individual about 1 p.m. Monday near 35th Street and EF Avenue, according to a news release.
The individual has been identified, police said.
