KALAMAZOO, Mich. — A 26-year-old man has been arrested after police found over 200 ecstasy pills and a felony firearm.
On Friday evening, Kalamazoo Public Safety officers pulled over a vehicle for a traffic violation on Portage Street near I-94.
When they approached the window, they detected an odor of marijuana and asked the passengers to step out.
The 26-year-old then admitted to having a loaded gun, which officers removed before searching the vehicle and finding the drugs.
As a result, the Kalamazoo resident was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon, felony firearm, and possession with intent to deliver ecstasy.
