KALAMAZOO, Mich. — A 33-year-old Kalamazoo man is in serious condition after being found shot overnight Monday morning.
Kalamazoo Public Safety officers answered a report of shots in the 100 block of W. Vine Street near Burdick Street about 12:30 a.m. Monday and found the man with a gunshot wound.
The name of the victim was not released.
During the investigation, a suspect was identified but has not been arrested; the suspect’s identity was not released.
A search warrant was carried out at a home in the 800 block of Stuart Avenue north of North Street, where evidence was found, said KDPS in a release.
