KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Kalamazoo police are investigating a shooting that left one person injured Friday afternoon.
Officers with the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety responded about 1:45 p.m. to multiple reports of gunfire in the 1000 block of Cobb Avenue, according to a news release.
While officers were investigating, a victim arrived at a local hospital suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
The victim’s injuries weren’t considered life-threatening.
No information about the shooter was immediately available.
