KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Two more staff members from Lakeside Academy turned themselves into police Wednesday, after being charged in the death of Cornelius Frederick.

Heather McLogan and Michael Mosley were booked into the Kalamazoo County Jail on July 1. They are scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday afternoon.

Mosley faces 3 charges, including Involuntary Manslaughter, 2nd Degree Child Abuse, and Child Abuse Causing Death; the same charges a fellow worker, Zachary Solis, was arraigned on Tuesday. According to court documents, Solis posted bond after his hearing and is no longer in custody.

McLogan is charged with Involuntary Manslaughter and Child Abuse Violation Causing Death. Prosecutor Jeff Getting says McLogan, the Director of Nursing at Lakeside, did not restrain Frederick, but was present when Solis and Mosley did.

McLogan faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted. Solis and Mosley could spend up to 35 years behind bars.
