KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Kalamazoo Public Safety officers are at a scene where malfunctioning railroad crossing arms are creating a traffic backup Thursday.
It’s at E. Michigan Avenue near Edwards Street, according to a news release.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area.
The railroad has been notified as is working to fix the problem.
