PORTAGE, Mich. — The son of a missing Portage couple has been charged by the Kalamazoo County Prosecutor’s Office, according to Director of Portage Public Safety Nicholas Armold.
We’re told Nicholas Johnson, 27, has been issued two counts of open murder, two counts of felony firearm and one count for possession of a firearm.
Johnson is expected to be arraigned in Kalamazoo County District Court Feb. 18.
The bodies of Gary and Laura Johnson were found last week, according to Portage Public Safety.
