PORTAGE, Mich. — A Portage council member has resigned.
The city says Lisa Brayton submitted her letter of resignation Wednesday.
“At this time I am resigning my council seat effective immediately,” Brayton wrote.
We’re told Brayton’s letter of resignation will be included as part of the Portage City Council agenda Tuesday, Sept. 5.
