PORTAGE, Mich. — Part of I-94 reopened in Portage Friday evening after a multi-vehicle crash.
The closure affected the eastbound lanes at Westnedge Avenue, according to Kalamazoo County dispatchers.
Motorists were advised to seek an alternate route; however, the lanes reopened a little before 7:45 p.m. Friday.
The Portage Police Department says authorities responded to reports of a crash and a car fire, but no fire was discovered on arrival.
No injuries were reported.
