BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — There has been a second arrest made in relation to the disappearance of Amber Griffin.
Julice Haggerty (above) is in custody and facing 2 charges in connection to the disappearance of Amber Griffin.
According to Sgt. Case with the Battle Creek Police Department, Haggerty is facing charges of tampering with evidence and lying to a peace officer.
Haggerty was arrested on July 2.
His arraignment date has not yet been released.
