Plainwell police offering reward after water towers spray painted

PLAINWELL, Mich. — The City of Plainwell is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in a case of graffiti spray painted on two water towers.

The first incident occurred Sept. 30 at 200 Allegan Street, and the second on the weekend of Oct. 3 at 929 Lincoln Parkway, a news release said.

Both towers were cleaned and graffiti removed on Oct. 7.

That same night, the water tower at 200 Allegan Street was spray painted again.
