MUSKEGON HEIGHTS, Mich. — Muskegon Heights Police are searching for suspects in a shooting Tuesday night.
Shots were heard near the 2100 block of Sixth Street just after 6:30 p.m. When police arrived, they were told the victim was now near the corner of Sanford and Hackley. Police found the victim, who's head had been grazed by a bullet, and took them to Hackley Hospital. They were released shortly after.
Investigators found the 2020 Nissan Altima driven by the shooter on Amity Street in Muskegaon using descriptions and a partial plate number from witnesses. The car was unoccupied when police found it and the investigation continues.
