HOLLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A 38-year-old Pullman man has been arrested in connection to the death of a man in Holland Township in September.
The suspect, Jeremy Taylor, knew the victim, 32-year-old Juan Villarreal, before the incident, according to Ottawa County police.
An altercation happened at an address on Fourth Avenue on Sept. 25, during which Taylor assaulted Villarreal, police said.
A significant head injury caused Villarreal’s death, according to the medical examiner’s office.
Taylor was taken into custody Thursday without incident and transported to the Ottawa County Jail, where he remains on a manslaughter charge without bond.
